"Cascara" meaning "husk" or “skin” in Spanish, is the word used to describe the dried pulp of the coffee cherry once it is removed from the seed.
Our friends and Green Bean importers Opal have sourced this Cascara from Helsar De Zarcero Micromill in Costa Rica. It has a beautiful profile consisting of silky apple, hibiscus, delicate florals, vanilla, and redcurrant.
Brew Method:
15-20 grams steeped in 200ml of hot water for 8 minutes, it should be cooled enough in this time to sip & enjoy!
